

A1 - Promotion of the project at school and local community (Polish partner prepares professional poster and leaflets about the project aims, partners, and topic of the project and project teams, distribution of the posters in local community - expenses covered by grant for Project Management and Implementation)
A2 - Meetings with students and parents as well as representatives of the local community and local authorities each institution is responsible for the organization and prepared multimedia materials , The aim of the meeting is to present the broad audience the project assumptions: teachers from project teams are responsible for organization [Grant for MI])
A3 - Selection of at least 50 students in each partner institution ( the priority is to engage students who are endangered of early school leaving and who has poor results in school subjects and/or who cannot define their preferences regarding further education- Spanish partner prepares a survey for the whole group in order to help to recruit the students : project teams are responsible for this activity)
A4- Presentation of partner institution (each institution prepares a multimedia presentation about its school/region/country in relation of labour market - students select the most vivid and the most important features of the work labour in their country,/school, region and town - each partner institution: Polish partner stores the presentations)
A5 - Newspaper (all partners prepare articles with pictures about their schools in mother language and English, Cypriot partner makes correction of English articles, Polish partner publishes it on website and on paper, sends to other partners by regular mail. If necessary copies may be done by each institutions.
A6 - Construction of virtual company. (In each partner institution the students will be divided into group of 10 students, each of the group will create their own company, its name, choose a product, promote the product, create a poster and video commercial, conduct the survey about the product attractiveness, each group also will attend accountancy workshops to plan their companies - all partner institution.
A7 - Presentation of labour tradition history of each institution town/city/region (Each institution prepares a multimedia presentation, activity is followed after visits to local institutions/museum/trade institutions/ companies: Italian and Latvian partners prepare worksheets [Grant MI] when the tickets should be bought.
A8 - Preparing an online booklet about labour traditions (Each country, Portuguese partner coordinates, Polish school publishes booklet on paper in English distributes to each partner, each partner institution may print more copies of the booklet and transmit them to local authorities, libraries, schools [GRANT MI]
A9 - Skills discovery workshops (Students of each institution discover their skills and present the results, describe of their skills and their usage, Lithuanian partners create worksheets )
A10 - Trade Fair Days ( presentation of selected job/profession descriptions, preparation of leaflets about each profession, preparation of posters and school corners, each institution invites 3 representatives of profession to meet the students, necessary materials should by bought, each institution is responsible for activity presentation for the school audience and visitors - coordinator supervises the progress. : [GRANT MI])
A11 - European Education Possibilities Workshops (students search for possibilities of continuing education abroad, find information about financing, rules and programs, local schools and education institution: Cyprus partner prepares work lessons plans)
A12- Self -Expression Workshops (students choose a profession they want to do in the future and present the ways to get qualification, prepare a speech in favour of the selected profession and make a video - each institution
A13 - Good Practice Exchange in Business (students get to know small business companies, how they cooperate with local community, what do they do/produce, why are they successful and exchange the finding with all the partners: each institution)
A14 - Studying emigration and immigration: reasons and developments (power point presentation, film, theatre play and present them to colleagues at school and parents - materials needed for the activity can be bought [Grant MI)
A15 - Discovery of regional potential (students analyse assets of their town/region/country and try to provide the solutions regarding business opportunities, as well as local institutions in the field: Portugal and Spanish partners prepare worksheets)
A16 - Management and implementation - process lasts 24 months, includes budget control, preparation of visits and preparing evaluation templates, questionnaires, surveys for students, schools, teachers, parents and local community [Grant MI]
